Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a store credit or refund excluding all restocking, shipping & insurance charges. Only items returned in original packaging, unopened and in new condition will be accepted for credit or refund with a return authorization number (RAN) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please email us for an RAN. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. If an item was shipped for free, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or credit.
Order cancellations are not accepted for any reason once the order is placed and payment is received.
Absolutely no special order, custom, personalized or engraved items, clearance items or items over $500 will be considered for return or credit.These sales are final and cannot be returned for any reason.
If items are received by freight, please be aware that the delivery will be "curbside". You will be responsible to get the item from curbside to its destination. If you are unable to handle large or heavy deliveries, make sure you have someone available to help you. Sometimes the delivering carrier may provide that service for an additional fee. You must contact them directly prior to delivery for additional costs. Be sure to note any noticeable damage to your shipment on the delivery receipt.

If your shipment is received damaged, you are resonsible for roundtrip shipping and insurance. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly replace the item(s) at no cost to you and handle the damaged return. If it is a limited edition or one of a kind piece and the same product is not available, a suitable replacement approved by you or an item refund will be made. The merchandise must be repacked in the original materials and contact us immediately. If your return is broken when returned to us, you will not be entitled to any refund, you will have to process a claim with the shipping company you used.
